Thanks for the useful and informative talk on Nutrition that you gave us all. I had what I thought was a basic understanding of sources of carbs, protein etc but as is often the case found out how little I did actually know, and the formulas for calculating the correct grammages of carbs for me to take in pre, during and post exercise were very useful.

My race went really well for me ... I felt strong and I had a lot of energy. The night before the race I ate chicken and rice and some salad, in the morning I had fruit and oats with yoghurt and half a banana ... I had energy all the way around with just my energy drink on the bike ... So it all went well. Thanks to you for helping me so much in my preparations!

I have been taking the probiotic and found that my wind and griping pains have pretty much disappeared.
